Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 5, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mini Lambda platform ("Service"), operated by Aditya Web Services ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Service Description

Mini Lambda is a distributed, self-hosted serverless compute platform that allows users to deploy, execute, and manage polyglot functions (Node.js, Python, C++) in isolated Docker sandbox environments. The Service includes a web dashboard, CLI tool, API gateway, function execution engine, real-time log streaming, and premium persistent hosting capabilities.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and verify it through our OTP verification system. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords and API keys.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to create the account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Execute malicious code, malware, viruses, or any software designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems.
  • Perform cryptocurrency mining, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or any form of resource abuse.
  • Upload, distribute, or process content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
  • Attempt to bypass security measures, escape Docker container isolation, or access resources beyond your authorized scope.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform's proprietary components.
  • Use the Service in any manner that could interfere with, disable, or overburden the platform infrastructure.

5. Subscription Tiers & Resource Limits

The Service offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Premium, Premium Plus), each with specific resource allocations including execution timeout limits, memory caps, and the number of persistent hosted applications permitted.

Free tier users are subject to a 30-second execution timeout and 128 MB memory limit. Premium and Premium Plus tiers offer extended limits and additional features as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify tier features and pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Payments & Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed through Razorpay. By upgrading your tier, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Payment verification is performed using HMAC-SHA256 signature validation. Tier upgrades are applied immediately upon successful payment verification. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. API Keys & Authentication

API keys generated through the Service are confidential credentials. The raw key value is shown only once at generation time; we store only its SHA-256 hash. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your API keys. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised keys. You may revoke API keys at any time through the dashboard.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the code you upload and execute on the platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your function code or application data.

The Mini Lambda platform, including its design, architecture, branding, documentation, and proprietary components, is the intellectual property of Aditya Web Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aditya Web Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, execution failures, service interruptions, or security breaches. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your function code and execution data may be permanently deleted after a reasonable retention period.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Contact Information

If you have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, please contact us through the support channels available in your dashboard, or reach out to Aditya Web Services directly.
